Unlike a general virtual assistant, I bring 18 years of direct trade industry experience to the support I provide. This includes 13 years working within a specialist gas, electrical and plumbing training provider, where I progressed to the management of a specialist training centre, together with a further 5 years working within an electrical contracting business.
